LIABILITY RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS: The show participant and each person associated therewith (e.g. agents, officers, representatives, family members), actively engaged in the events and/or present on the Festival tarmac or church property at the invitation of said participant, hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, hold harmless, release, and forever discharge from any and all claims civil, regulatory, or criminal – whether municipal, state, or federal, arising from or pertaining to the Classic Car and Truck Festival and all related events, activities, and/or conduct, The Johnny O Foundation, and their agents, representatives, volunteers, and priests, associated with or putting on the Festival and related events. NO REFUNDS: In the event or inclement weather effecting the Festival, there are no transfers, refunds, or credits as between the participant and The Johnny O Foundation, The Newport Beach Peninsula Club and The City of Newport Beach
